Terms of Use
1. The service
spendlook (“the service”), operated by Desmond Hiew (“we”), turns CSV exports from banks and e-wallets into spending charts and categories. It runs entirely in your web browser. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your data and backups
Your data is stored only in your browser. We cannot see, recover or restore it. Clearing site data, switching browsers or devices, or forgetting your encryption passphrase can permanently lose it. Export backups regularly and keep them safe.
3. Not financial advice
Charts, totals and categories, including those suggested by AI, are estimates for personal information only. They may be wrong. Do not rely on them for tax, accounting, legal, credit or investment decisions; check against your bank's official statements.
4. AI providers and your API key
AI categorization is optional. If you enable it, you supply your own API key for Anthropic, Google or OpenAI, and you are responsible for that account, its costs and compliance with that provider's terms. Cost figures shown in the app are estimates. The provider's billing is authoritative. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service only for data you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities outside our security policy, or use it in breach of law.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its code and design belong to us or our licensors. Your data remains yours. Bank and wallet names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify file formats; spendlook is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. Because your data lives in your browser, keep backups so you do not depend on the service's availability.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits, and our total liability is limited to JPY 10,000 (the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer protection laws where you live (for example, Japan's Consumer Contract Act).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

利用規約
1. 本サービス
spendlook（以下「本サービス」）は Desmond Hiew（以下「運営者」）が提供する、銀行・電子マネーの CSV から支出グラフとカテゴリを作成するツールで、すべてお客様のブラウザ内で動作します。本サービスの利用により、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
2. データとバックアップ
データはお客様のブラウザにのみ保存され、運営者は閲覧・復元できません。サイトデータの消去、ブラウザや端末の変更、暗号化パスフレーズの紛失によりデータは失われます。定期的にバックアップを書き出し、安全に保管してください。
3. 金融助言ではありません
グラフ、合計、カテゴリ（AIによる提案を含む）は個人的な参考情報であり、誤りを含む場合があります。税務・会計・法務・与信・投資の判断には使用せず、金融機関の正式な明細でご確認ください。
4. AIプロバイダとAPIキー
AI分類は任意です。有効にする場合はご自身の Anthropic・Google・OpenAI のAPIキーを使用し、そのアカウント、費用、各社規約の遵守はお客様の責任となります。アプリ内の費用表示は概算であり、正式な金額は各社の請求をご確認ください。第三者サービスについて運営者は責任を負いません。
5. 禁止事項
処理する権限のあるデータにのみ使用してください。本サービスの妨害、セキュリティポリシーの範囲外での脆弱性調査、法令に違反する利用を禁止します。
6. 知的財産
本サービスのコードとデザインは運営者またはライセンサーに帰属します。お客様のデータはお客様のものです。銀行・電子マネーの名称とロゴは各社に帰属し、ファイル形式の識別のためにのみ使用しています。運営者はこれらの会社と提携・承認関係にありません。
7. 提供の変更・中止
運営者は本サービスを予告なく変更・停止・終了することがあります。データはブラウザ内にあるため、バックアップを保管してください。
8. 免責・責任の制限
本サービスは法令で認められる範囲で現状有姿で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。法令で認められる範囲で、運営者は間接損害、データの消失、逸失利益について責任を負わず、責任総額は1万円を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
10. 規約の変更
本規約は、本ページに新しい版と施行日を掲載することで変更できます。変更後の利用をもって同意したものとみなします。
